TECOI offers excellent after-sales service: our relationship with the customer goes beyond a purely commercial agreement. From the moment a commercial alliance is established, a solid network circle is created between the machine, the customer and TECOI.
When the customer contacts TECOI, either by phone or email, we manage the case and effectively decide, depending on the customer’s needs, the appropriate type of repair: on-site or remote. For a quick response and whenever possible, remotely and if necessary, the technician can link up with the machine, by establishing a secure connection, of course. We work extended hours, adjusting to the time slots of the countries where we have installations.
CONSUMABLES AND SPARE PARTS
We are official distributors of consumables and spare parts of the brands that have been implemented in our machines for laser, plasma, oxyfuel and machining stations. We store enough spare parts and consumables to allow their quick distribution to the customer, with immediate shipments to any place in the world.

There is a specialised approach for each case, providing specific solutions with the sole objective of achieving customer satisfaction and guidance in the prevention of breakdowns.
To ensure the correct operation of the machine, TECOI remains in constant communication with the customer. Providing them with information on new developments and upgrading their machine if necessary.
