When the customer contacts TECOI, either by phone or email, we manage the case and effectively decide, depending on the customer’s needs, the appropriate type of repair: on-site or remote. We are official distributors of consumables and spare parts of the brands that have been implemented in our machines for laser, plasma, oxyfuel and machining stations. We store enough spare parts and consumables to allow their quick distribution to the customer, with immediate shipments to any place in the world.
