TECOI’s exclusive CBM technology (cold bevel milling) has been implemented in our TRF® machines, to perform the bevels and edge preparation for welding through machining systems by chip removal. This system makes the TRF® machine the solution for the most demanding requirements in terms of standards regarding edge preparation for responsibility welding. The CBM technology helps to avoid problems caused by bevelling such alteration of material properties and thermal input is practically null, resulting that the process is highly cost-effective.

Possibility of any type of bevel geometry in one go, which optimizes production times. in addition, the thermal input in the material is practically zero, which allows the material to keep its properties in perfect conditions so no extra cleaning is needed. TRF® can equip a multihead system by tecoi allows to double the productivity in the same processing station, reducing production costs. for the disposal of chips generated during cutting processes, it can be installed the vibratec system, also exclusive to tecoi, which saves more than 40% in machine downtime, cleaning operations and waste collection and disposal. vibratec is also maintenance-free.
