The BDV is a modular system that is manufactured for different cutting heights, depending on the power of the plasma equipped, to guarantee its operation and durability, having supports and levelling in each of the modules, exterior and in the centre, for maximum carrying capacity. Includes the VIBRATEC system as standard. The grill can be configured with different types of supports (straight, toothed, flat, in S, in C, diagonal, with brass pins) to suit the type of work to be done.

The fume suction is carried out by double conduit with pneumatic drive of gates managed from the CNC of the machine, This automation and the overlapping of openings is configured and managed via data bus from the machine’s CNC, forming a robust, maintenance-free system. Suction management is specific to each machine configuration. The BDV can be configured with a plate grill for thermal cutting, or a grid grill with brass pins, to assemble machines with DRILTEC head or for the THOR model with machining centre.

The cutting tables are designed and manufactured entirely by TECOI and are compatible with any other machine on the market.
