The BCC bench system with container drawers, is a modular system, with independent drawers forming a block with the cutting grid, which has a hooking system to be able to lift them and transport them outside the facilities for emptying. It is a robust design, for cutting large thicknesses<\/strong>, and generating a large volume of slag.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The exchange of drawers can be done in an efficient way, and it allows to have a stock of spare drawers to rotate and to be able to eliminate the waste. Fume extraction is done by independent ducts attached to the floor on both sides of the drawer, completely isolated from the cutting area.<\/p>\n

Reinforced inner table designed to withstand combined plasma\/oxyfuel cutting or oxyfuel-only operations<\/strong> with large thickness requirements up to 250 mm.<\/strong> BCR cutting table can be configured with a plate grill for thermal cutting, or a grid grill with brass pins, to assemble machines with DRILTEC head or for the THOR model with machining centre.<\/p>\n

Suction management is specific to each machine configuration.<\/strong> The BDV can be configured with a plate grill for thermal cutting, or a grid grill with brass pins, to assemble machines with DRILTEC head or for the THOR model with machining centre.<\/p>\n
